Missouri State University's men's soccer team received recognition from the American Athletic Conference, with two players earning weekly honors. Senior goalkeeper Jonathan Kliewer was named Goalkeeper of the Week after delivering back-to-back shutouts in matches against Drake and Memphis, making a total of four saves.

Freshman Harry Hogben was recognized as Freshman of the Week for his defensive efforts, starting both games and playing all 90 minutes as part of the Bears' backline during their recent victories.

Additionally, senior Harry Jolley received an honorable mention for scoring a header in the match against Memphis. Junior Alex Matthews was also given an honorable mention for his performances in midfield during both games.

The Bears are scheduled to continue conference play at Tulsa on Wednesday evening, followed by their regular season finale at home against Charlotte on Sunday, Nov. 2.
