Mandi Brantley, a physical therapist at the Stockton Rehabilitation Clinic, has been named the 2025 recipient of the Troy Pinon Servant Leader Award. The award, established in 2023 to honor the late Troy Pinon—a lead physical therapist who worked for 25 years at Hermitage Rehabilitation Clinic—recognizes employees from CMH Rehabilitation Services who show servant leadership and dedication to their communities.
“Mandi has a true passion to see patients reach their full potential,” said Ellis Hall, director of rehabilitation services. “She works closely with the team at Stockton Rehabilitation Clinic to be a resource and collaborate effectively to deliver care.”
Brantley’s career at Citizens Memorial Healthcare spans 15 years. She began in Nutritional Services before becoming a certified athletic trainer and later a physical therapist. During her tenure, she has contributed by helping establish CMH’s partnership with Stockton Schools for athletic training services and developing the Cardiac Wellness program at the clinic. She also serves as Center Coordinator of Clinical Education, supporting physical therapy students’ training.
In addition to her clinical duties, Brantley is involved in various supportive roles such as coordinating community fundraisers, assisting patients with equipment needs, and training new employees on Meditech systems and documentation.
“Mandi mentors others and sees potential where others may have given up,” Hall said. “She helps employees grow to meet CMH standards.”
Brantley is also active outside her formal job duties: she coaches youth sports, volunteers on CMH committees, and was recognized as a Health Care Champion by the Springfield Business Journal in 2024.
