Parkview Health Care Facility is set to host its first Blossom Bash on Saturday, April 26, from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. The event will include a variety of activities such as a spring plant sale, crafts vendors, and food trucks. Among the plants available will be selections from Ironwood Greenhouse in Buffalo, Missouri, featuring hanging baskets, planters, perennials, bedding plants, and succulents. The food offerings will include choices from Yallternative Eats and Dirt Road Beverages.
Proceeds from the event will go toward supporting specialty projects for the residents of Parkview.
“We are excited for our first-ever Blossom Bash,” said Ryan Skopec, Parkview Health Care Facility administrator. “We’ve hosted an annual plant sale for many years, but wanted to make it a bigger event for the public to enjoy. We invite everyone to come out to see the plants and crafts, and enjoy some great food. We hope to see you there.”
The event will take place at Parkview Health Care Facility located at 119 W. Forest Street, Bolivar. Those interested in more details about the Blossom Bash can contact Maycee Venable, Parkview’s activities director, at 417-326-3000 or follow Parkview on Facebook at https://www.facebook.com/CMHPVHCF.
