Citizens Memorial Hospital has announced the addition of Jason Bailey, D.O., to the medical staff at CMH Pulmonology Clinic in Bolivar. Dr. Bailey joins the team alongside board-certified pulmonologists Brian Kim, M.D., and Michael Loggan, M.D., FCCP.
Dr. Bailey is known for treating severe lung conditions such as lung cancer, asthma, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), emphysema, and chronic bronchitis. His expertise extends to advanced lung procedures like endobronchial valve placement using the Zephyr valve treatment, endobronchial ultrasound (EBUS), and Ion robotic bronchoscopy for lung nodule biopsies.
He obtained his medical degree from Des Moines University in Des Moines, Iowa. Dr. Bailey completed both his internal medicine internship and residency at Genesys Regional Medical Center in Grand Blanc, Michigan, where he also finished a fellowship in pulmonary and critical care medicine. He holds board certifications in pulmonary disease and critical care medicine from the American Osteopathic Board of Internal Medicine.
