Rep. Eric Burlison, a U.S. Congressman representing Missouri’s 7th district, has recently used his social media platform to voice criticism of Democratic Party actions and the Biden administration's COVID-19 vaccine mandate.

On October 17, 2025, Burlison posted: "Democrats know their demands are entirely unreasonable, but they will do anything to appease their radical base."

Later that same day, he added another critique regarding government funding processes: "Democrats are hijacking the regular process of government funding to undue policy that's already been passed. It's like relitigating a soccer game while we are playing football."

On October 18, 2025, Burlison addressed participants in the No Kings protests with a reference to federal vaccine mandates: "To everyone at the No Kings protests, you supported a president that used OSHA to forcefully vaccinate 90 million Americans."

Burlison has represented Missouri’s 7th district in Congress since 2023 after succeeding Billy Long. Prior to his tenure in Congress, he served in both chambers of the Missouri legislature between 2009 and 2023. Born in Springfield and residing in Ozark, Burlison holds degrees from Missouri State University.
