The Citizens Memorial Health Care Foundation held its second annual Sporting Clay Shoot Fundraiser on September 19 at the Ozark Shooters Sports Complex in Walnut Shade. The event, presented by SGC Foodservice, brought together 46 teams and raised more than $24,000 to support the foundation’s work for Citizens Memorial patients and residents.
Teams of four competed in two rounds, one at 9 a.m. and another at 1 p.m. After each round, teams were grouped into three flights based on their scores, with trophies awarded to the top three teams in each flight.
JE Dunn Construction was a Platinum Sponsor of the event. Gold sponsors included EnerSys, Capital i LLC, AnyLabTest Now!, and Allen’s Mechanical. The CMH Orthopedic & Spine Center provided the prize for a drawing.
In the morning session, Adam Naegler from Fast N Friendly earned the top shooter title with a score of 93. Fast N Friendly also took first place in A Flight, followed by Diggins Construction and JE Dunn Construction. In B Flight, JE Dunn Construction finished first. Ellis, Ellis, Hammons & Johnson led C Flight.
During the afternoon round, John McNellis from Ridewell Suspensions was named top shooter with a score of 91. Ridewell Suspensions won A Flight in that session. Snyder Construction topped B Flight while Capital i LLC placed first in C Flight.

Every dollar raised helps us continue our mission to provide excellent care close to home.”
