Three employees from Citizens Memorial Health Care Foundation have been reelected to leadership positions on the Missouri Health Care Association (MHCA) Board of Directors at the summer 2025 MHCA convention.
Chris McBratney, administrator at Lake Stockton Healthcare Facility in Stockton, will serve a second term as MHCA president. In this role, he oversees the MHCA executive team and leads the board of directors. McBratney, who has worked for CMH for 32 years and received the 2022 David Duncan Administrator of the Year Award, has served on the MHCA Board since 2000.
“I am honored to serve another term as president,” McBratney said. “I look forward to working with our 400 member facilities, the board of directors and staff to accomplish MHCA’s vision of a profession where excellent and compassionate care is delivered to all of Missouri’s residents by an outstanding workforce. I am also grateful to work for an industry-leading organization like CMH that supports me and the association.”
Tim Francka, administrative director of long-term care at CMH, was reelected as Council of States Representative for Missouri on the American Health Care Association Board of Directors. Francka has held this position since 2017 after serving as MHCA president and past president from 2012 to 2016. He has received several honors including the David Duncan Administrator of the Year Award in 2010 and being named MHCA Member of the Year twice. Francka has been a member of the MHCA Board since 1994 and with CMH for 36 years.
“It’s an honor to work for an organization like CMH that empowers its employees to advocate for health care on the state and national level,” Francka said. “While being part of the MHCA board for 30 years, we have experienced a lot of change in health care. We hope to have a positive impact on those changes as we move into the future.”
Roy Pace, administrator at Colonial Springs Healthcare Center in Buffalo, was reelected as a member at large on the MHCA Board and was chosen as Convention Chair for 2026, his third consecutive year in this role. Pace has served on the board since 2014 and won the David Duncan Administrator of the Year Award in both 2012 and 2017. He has nearly three decades’ experience in health care and joined CMH two years ago.
