Citizens Memorial Hospital has announced that Dr. Prachi B. Raut has joined its medical staff as a pathologist. Dr. Raut will work alongside Dr. Craig Dunseth in CMH Pathology Services.
Dr. Raut received her medical degree from Krishna Institute of Medical Sciences in India and completed her residency at the University of Minnesota Medical School/Department of Laboratory Medicine and Pathology in Minneapolis. She also completed fellowships in gastrointestinal and liver pathology, as well as breast and gynecology pathology, at the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
Her previous experience includes work as a surgical pathologist in Madison, Wisconsin, and Peoria, Illinois. Dr. Raut is certified by the American Board of Pathology in Anatomic and Clinical Pathology.
