Missouri State University has introduced several new food and beverage options for the 2025 football season at Robert W. Plaster Stadium. The changes include more hawkers throughout the venue and the opening of a new Rivalry Grill on the third level of the west side. A classic Bear Bratwurst will now be offered at all concession stands, along with new premium beverage selections.
Fans seated in the west-side sections, both upper and lower, can purchase a Bear Necessities Bundle before kickoff, which includes two hot dogs, two beers, and chips for $28. In the student section on the east side, Bear Bites specials will offer discounted food items such as $4 food and beer choices and soft drinks priced at $3 or less.
Special menu items have been planned for each home game in September. On September 13 against SMU, fans can buy a Wild West Walking taco made with Doritos, pulled pork, shredded cheese, sour cream, and nacho cheese. The September 20 matchup with UT Martin will feature Skyhawk wings—smoked blackened wings served with chips and a choice of ranch or bleu cheese dressing. For the September 27 game versus WKU, Kentucky Bourbon Ribs will be available; these are smoked ribs topped with house Kentucky bourbon sauce and served with potato salad and coleslaw.
Additional specials will be announced as the season progresses. Fans are encouraged to follow @MissouriStBears and @MoStateFootball on social media for weekly updates about game-day offerings.
