Burlison has served as the representative for Missouri’s 7th District since replacing Billy Long in 2023. Prior to his tenure in Congress, he served in the Missouri House of Representatives from 2009 to 2017 and in the Missouri Senate from 2019 to 2023. Burlison was born in Springfield, Missouri in 1976 and currently resides in Ozark. He is an alumnus of Missouri State University.
