Springfield Standard

The City of Springfield is currently seeking performers for the 2024 Mayor’s Tree Lighting Holiday Show. This annual event, scheduled for the evening of November 23, marks the beginning of the holiday season and includes a live show as well as a holiday television broadcast.

Organizers are looking for a variety of performers including traditional choirs, handbell choirs, dancers, singers, and musicians from all age groups. Interested parties are invited to submit an interest form along with a video showcasing their talent. The video should not exceed three minutes in length and does not need to be professionally produced. However, it is strongly recommended that the video features a complete live performance.

The deadline for submissions is October 14, 2024.
