The campaign committee of Republican Party candidate Billy Long, Billy Long for Congress, refunded $5,000 to Roy Pfautch on July 12, according to the Federal Election Commission (FEC).

FEC data shows the refunded expenditure was for: "Contribution refund to an individual, partnership or limited liability company."

Billy Long for Congress has refunded $5,680 total since Feb. 1.
