Bryan University enrolls 189 undergrads

At Bryan University, 78 percent of undergraduate students are nontraditional students - age 25 or older - and 76 percent are female, according to the latest disclosure from the U.S. Department of Education.

The four-year private for-profit institution in Springfield enrolled 194 students in fall 2018, including 189 in undergraduate and five in graduate programs, data shows. 29.6 percent of undergraduates transferred from another college or university.

46 percent of undergraduates are residents of Missouri, and 54 percent are residents of other states.

The undergraduate student body is comprised mostly of students who identify as white (60 percent) and Black or African American (26 percent).
