Rep. Eric Burlison, a U.S. Congressman representing Missouri’s 7th district, posted several statements on his social media account between September 23 and 24, 2025, addressing political opponents, government transparency, and medication use during pregnancy.

On September 23, Burlison criticized members of the Democratic Party in a brief statement: "Democrats think you're stupid."

Later that day, he expressed appreciation for journalist Kristin Fisher's coverage of a congressional hearing on unidentified anomalous phenomena (UAP), stating: "Thank you @KristinFisher for documenting this @GOPoversight UAP hearing. It was a great day for government transparency." The mention refers to an event focused on oversight and transparency regarding reports of unexplained aerial events.

On September 24, Burlison commented on the use of Tylenol during pregnancy with the following post: "Pregnant Libs: 'FEED ME TYLENOL!' Tylenol: 'Actually, don't. Thank you for your attention to this matter.'"

Burlison has served as the representative for Missouri’s 7th District since 2023 after succeeding Billy Long. He previously held positions in both the Missouri House of Representatives from 2009 to 2017 and the Missouri Senate from 2019 to 2023. Born in Springfield in 1976 and currently residing in Ozark, Burlison earned his undergraduate degree from Missouri State University in 2000 and completed further studies there in 2002.
