Missouri State University has announced new hydration measures for fans attending the football home opener against SMU at Plaster Stadium on September 13. Attendees will be permitted to bring one unopened, clear plastic water bottle into the stadium. Metal water bottles are not allowed.

In addition to allowing outside water bottles, the university will make water fountains available for refills throughout the venue. Three dedicated water stations will also be set up inside Plaster Stadium: at the third level guest services near the elevator door, by the southwest entrance on level one, and at east side guest services on the north end of the east concourse.

Tickets for what is being called Missouri State’s first-ever FBS home game are currently available for purchase through MissouriStateBears.com/tickets or by contacting the Missouri State Athletics Box Office at (417) 836-7678 during regular hours. Season tickets remain available in most seating sections via these same channels.
