Missouri State University's men's golf team will begin its 2025-26 season at the Joe Feaganes Marshall Invitational in Huntington, West Virginia. The tournament is scheduled for Monday and Tuesday, September 8-9, at the Guyan Golf & Country Club.

The Bears will compete in a field of 15 teams, including host Marshall University. Teams will play 36 holes on Monday and finish with 18 holes on Tuesday.

Neal Stafford, entering his 21st full season as head coach, leads Missouri State into its first year as a member of Conference USA. "Senior Tim Holmberg will lead the way in the opener for MSU coming off an all-conference season in the Missouri Valley a year ago, his first with the Bears after transferring from Campbell. Junior Owen Swearingen and sophomore Jonathan Jordan each saw action in the majority of the Bears' outings last year, while highly-touted freshman Pedro Gallegos and Noah Naugle will look to make an immediate impact," according to Missouri State University.

The team's fall schedule consists of five tournaments and ends with the annual Missouri State Intercollegiate at Twin Oaks Country Club on October 27-28. In the spring, they are set to play six tournaments including their first appearance at the Conference USA Championship in Texarkana, Arkansas.
