Neurologist Dr. Curtis Schreiber shares insights on Alzheimer's disease intervention at European conference

Curtis P. Schreiber, M.D., a neurologist and dementia specialist with the Missouri Memory Center at Citizens Memorial Hospital in Bolivar, recently presented at the 2025 European Academy of Neurology (EAN) Congress. This event is considered the European counterpart to the American Academy of Neurology. The congress took place from June 21 to June 24 in Helsinki, Finland.

Dr. Schreiber serves as the medical director at both the Missouri Memory Center and CMH Research Department. He presented on "The Real-World Experience of Early Intervention in Alzheimer’s Disease," sharing findings and clinical insights from his work at the Missouri Memory Center.

The conference attracted over 8,200 participants from 113 countries, uniting experts in neurology worldwide.

Dr. Schreiber earned his medical degree and completed his neurology residency at Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minnesota. He is board certified by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology. With 35 years of experience, he founded the Missouri Memory Center at CMH in 2015 and has been a principal investigator for 11 clinical trials on Alzheimer’s disease conducted at CMH Research Department.
