Citizens Memorial Hospital (CMH) has announced an upgrade to its Patient Portal, enhancing the design and functionality of both its website and mobile application. The changes were implemented on January 14, maintaining the same URL, app, and login credentials for users.

The updated portal is available to patients of CMH as well as those affiliated with Ellett Memorial Hospital and Ozarks Community Health Center. Key improvements include a more intuitive navigation system that enables quicker access to menu options and a calendar view for upcoming appointments. The portal's responsive design aims to improve accessibility for all users.

A notable addition is the "current stay dashboard," which provides inpatients and residents at CMH residential care and skilled nursing facilities with essential information about their care. This feature includes details such as:

- Care team members, daily agenda, and goals

- Test results and reports

- Educational materials

- Discharge instructions and medication summaries

- Surgical updates and post-stay instructions

This dashboard is intended to aid patients and families in preparing for discharge by allowing them to review crucial information and ask questions ahead of time.

Furthermore, the portal now offers proxy access, enabling patients to authorize family members or advocates to view and contribute to their health records. This can be managed through the user’s Profile section on the Patient Portal or by submitting a form to CMH’s Health Information Services department.

For additional information, individuals are encouraged to visit the CMH Patient Portal webpage.
