Rep. Eric Burlison, a current member of the U.S. Congress representing Missouri’s 7th district, recently took to social media to express his views on several political issues involving President Joe Biden and his family. In a series of tweets posted on June 13, 2025, Burlison shared allegations concerning financial transactions linked to the Biden family during Joe Biden's tenure as Vice President.

In his first tweet, Burlison commented on upcoming "No Kings" protests organized by left-wing groups across the country. He stated, "On Saturday, the left is launching 'No Kings' protests across the country. But here’s the truth they refuse to admit: Joe Biden acted like a king for 50 years — building a corrupt empire that enriched his entire family."

In another post made shortly after, Burlison alleged financial misconduct involving Romania during Biden's vice presidency. He tweeted: " Romania While VP, Biden welcomed Romania’s president to the White House. 5 weeks later, a corrupt Romanian businessman wired $3 million through a Biden associate’s account. $1M+ made its way to Biden family accounts — while Biden was VP."

Further elaborating on these claims in another tweet from June 13, Burlison highlighted an incident involving Kazakhstan: " Kazakhstan In April 2014, a Kazakh oligarch wired $142,300 to Hunter Biden’s company. The next day, that exact amount was used to buy Hunter a luxury car. Burisma (where Hunter served on the board) tried brokering a Kazakhstan-China gas deal soon after."

Eric Burlison has been serving in Congress since replacing Billy Long in 2023 and previously held positions in both the Missouri House of Representatives and Senate.
