The 35th annual Citizens Memorial Health Care Foundation Medical Excellence Golf Classic is scheduled for Thursday, June 5. The event will take place at the Silo Ridge Golf and Country Club in Bolivar, with SGC Foodservice as the presenter.

This golf classic aims to raise funds for the Medical Excellence Scholarship through an 18-hole, four-person scramble. The scholarship provides financial assistance to individuals from CMH’s eight-county service area who are pursuing careers in healthcare. Recipients of this scholarship return to work at CMH after completing their education. To date, the fund has provided nearly $3 million in aid to over 400 students.

The tournament will have two shotgun starts at 8 a.m. and 1:30 p.m. Participants will receive a gift bag, grab-and-go breakfast, lunch, snacks, range balls, and complimentary Coca-Cola products. Green fees and cart rentals are included in the entry fee, and players can participate in course contests. Mulligans are available for $40 per team.

Sponsorship opportunities are available at various levels:

- Friend of CMH Sponsor ($2,500): Includes one foursome, mulligans (one per player), company logo on the player gift bag, one road banner, two hole sponsorships, one elite gift package, social media exposure, advertising and program inclusion.

- Closest to the Pin Sponsor ($1,250): Offers one foursome, signage on all “Closest to the Pin” holes, one road banner along with social media exposure and advertising.

- Team+Hole Sign Sponsor ($800): Provides one foursome with a hole sign plus social media exposure and advertising.

- Foursome ($600): Team only.

- Hole Sponsor ($250): Includes a sign at the tee box with social media exposure and advertising.
