Colonial Springs Healthcare Center in Buffalo is set to begin a kitchen remodel on March 10. The renovation, which will cost approximately $65,000, aims to update plumbing, electrical systems, walls, and flooring to modern standards.

During the remodeling period, Citizens Memorial Hospital (CMH) Catering Services will assist by providing lunch and dinner meals for the residents of Colonial Springs. The healthcare center's staff will manage the daily breakfast menu.

The kitchen upgrade is intended to complement the newly added bistro and enhance the nutritional services team's ability to offer quality meals and options for both residents and visitors.

Roy Pace, administrator of Colonial Springs Healthcare Center, expressed gratitude towards key contributors: “I want to thank Michael Calhoun, CMH CEO/executive director, and Tim Francka, CMH long-term care administrative director, for their dedication to ensuring our residents and community receive the best care and services.” He further emphasized that this investment would ensure top-quality food services for residents, families, and visitors.
