The campaign committee of Republican Party candidate Billy Long, Billy Long for Congress, refunded $1,427 to Ron Neville on Sept. 7, according to the Federal Election Commission (FEC).

FEC data shows the refunded expenditure was for: "Contribution refund to an individual, partnership or limited liability company."

Billy Long for Congress has refunded $6,427 total since April 1.
