On Friday, Feb. 28, former Bolivar High School standout Katie Brooks’ current college team, the Kansas Jayhawks, lost 9-1 in their NCAA Division I softball game against the Oklahoma Sooners.

The game took place at Love's Field. This was their first matchup against the Sooners this season.

The Jayhawks’ next game is scheduled for Saturday, March 1 at 3:15 p.m. at Love's Field against Oklahoma Sooners.
