The campaign committee of Republican Party candidate Billy Long, Billy Long for Congress, refunded $2,900 to Tim Mcgivern on June 30, according to the Federal Election Commission (FEC).

According to the FEC data, the following reason was listed for the refunded expenditure: 'Contribution refund to an individual, partnership or limited liability company'.
