Missouri State Lions fall to Northwest Missouri State Bearcats in Division II baseball matchup

Colin Muldoon, a former Kickapoo High School star, and his Missouri State Lions fell 4-3 to the Northwest Missouri State Bearcats in an NCAA Division II baseball contest on Sunday, March 8, at 1 p.m.

The contest was held at Bearcat Baseball Field. This marked the third meeting between the two teams this season. Their prior contest, played on Saturday, March 7, saw the Lions defeated 8-2.

Muldoon surrendered two earned runs, issuing two walks.

The Lions’ upcoming game is set for Friday, March 13, at 3 p.m. at Warren Turner Field, where they will face the Washburn Ichabods.
