The Missouri Job Center in Springfield will begin offering in-person office hours at the Midtown Carnegie Branch Library, located at 397 E. Central Street. Starting Wednesday, March 4, staff will be available in the lower-level conference room from 9:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. Services include assistance with job applications, enrollment in job training programs, meetings with case managers, and help filing for unemployment benefits.
This temporary relocation is due to ongoing repair and restoration work at the Missouri Job Center’s main campus at 1660 N. Campbell. The facility experienced water damage early Monday morning before opening. Regular updates will be provided regarding when the main campus may reopen.
